## Summary

This repository contains software in Python and data for a paper
submitted to Water Resources Research. The paper's title is "Field Application
of Turbulence Energy Dissipation Rate for Estimating Flow Discharge Using
Small Unmanned Aerial System"

This repository has two files: one is a Python program to process the data 
using various methods discussed in the paper, and the other is the input file 
from eight sites in Excel format. 

The cell/sheet colors in the Excel file have no meaning apart from making the 
column data more visible and distinct.
