Provided abstract: This paper contributes to the debate around nominal functional structure and is, in part, a response to Bruening’s (2020) lexical analysis of hybrid agreement in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian (BCS). I show that hybrid agreement in Estonian/Finnish cannot be straightforwardly analyzed as lexical. I thus propose this form of hybrid agreement is, in fact, an argument for nominal functional structure, and I propose one such analysis. --------------------------------------------- ## Additional Notes Links: - https://sites.google.com/view/wccfl2021/ - https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/75HK3 This presentation is part of the 2021 West Coast Conference on Formal Linguistics collection, which is available here: https://doi.org/10.25422/azu.data.c.5325401
