Whole genome alignments used in "Little Evidence for Homoeologous Gene Conversion and Homoeologous Exchange Events in Gossypium Allopolyploids" by Conover et al. Alignments were generated via Anchorwave.

Whole Genome Alignments, aligned to either the G. raimondii (D5ref) reference genome or the G. arboreum (A2ref) genome. Species are listed by their letter/number codes and subgenome assignments (for example, an alignment between the G. raimondii diploid reference genome and the At subgenome of G. barbdense is represented by AD2.At.D5ref_alignment.maf).
