This data was collected as part of the study entitled RNA interference-mediated knockdown of genes involved in sugar transport and metabolism disrupts psyllid Bactericera cockerelli (Order: Hemiptera) gut physiology and results in high mortality (authored by Neda Arad et al.) and includes qPCR-based analysis of gene expression and corresponding invertebrate mortality rates in response to RNAi-based biopesticide application.
