Quantitative analysis and qualitative review of OCT image sequences acquired from human FTs. Cilia beat frequency (CBF) was measured from Fourier analysis of intensity fluctuations corresponding to cilia movement. The presence of sample drift (low frequency) and system vibrational (high frequency) movement was visually assessed and recorded.
